Information: If you have any questions, you can contact our reception during opening hours. The reception is open from 08:00 to 22:00.

Heating: Via the thermostat on the heating itself.
Bar: Open from 3:00 PM to a maximum of 10:00 PM.
Breakfast: The breakfast buffet is open from 08:00 to 10:00 from Monday to Sunday. Breakfast in the room is not served.
Restaurant: The restaurant is open from 18:00 to 20:00. After this time there is no more access. If you wish, you can reserve a table at the reception.
Food and drink brought along: Bringing food and drink is not allowed in the bar or restaurant.
Electrical Equipment: Due to overload and fire safety, do not bring your own equipment into the Hotel (except chargers for telephone or laptop, or iPad or necessary medical equipment).
Safe: At the reception there is a safe in which you can leave your personal items.
TV: In your room you have the most important German channels. You can also stream your favorite App, follow the instructions on the TV.
Check-out: The room must be vacated by 11 a.m. at the latest. If the room is still occupied at 11:30 am, the price of an extra night will be charged.
Parking: You can park directly in front of the hotel. If all places are occupied, you must park at the top of the municipal museum.
Taxi: Inquire at the reception. Order your taxi in time!
Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in the entire hotel. If one smokes in the room, we are forced to charge an extra 3 nights.
Bicycle rental: Inquire at the reception. Ski rental: Inquire at the reception. Sauerland map: Inquire at the reception.
Recreation: Books, magazines and games are available in the bar.
Night key: Your room key also opens the outside door at the stairwell at the front of the hotel. The reception, bar and restaurant area is closed at night.
Welness: The Welness is located on the bottom floor. Report to reception half an hour before use. We will then ensure that everything functions. We ask for a small fee of 10,-- per person per hour. You will also receive a large sauna towel. Please unsubscribe after use.
Internet / WIFI: In the entire hotel you can use wireless internet for free. The password for that is 123Nordenau321
