Cancellation conditions

Taking bookings is subject to the guidelines of the German government, especially regarding the local measures against the spread of corona. Make yourself well aware of the obligations that have been imposed. by the local government.

Below you will find the conditions that apply in the event of cancellation. The amounts and percentages shown are to be paid by you.

Non Refundable This is the cheapest rate. However, this booking can no longer be canceled or postponed free of charge. If you cancel or do not show up, 100% of the reservation will be charged, regardless of the situation.

Standard Rate Individual customers

Cancellations up to 31 days before arrival can be canceled free of charge.

In case of cancellation from 31 to 15 days before arrival, 50% of the total reservation will be charged.

In case of cancellation from 14 to 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation will be charged.

In case of No-Show, 100% of the total reservation will be charged.

Groups (from 4 rooms) (not applicable to a partial cancellation up to 10% of the original booking if communicated more than 24 hours before arrival and reconfirmed by the hotel)

Cancellations up to 62 days before arrival can be canceled free of charge.

In case of cancellation from 62 to 31 days before arrival, 50% of the total reservation will be charged.

In case of cancellation from 30 to 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation will be charged.

With No-Show 100% of the total reservation will be charged

Flex Rate You can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. You pay the total price of the reservation if you cancel within 7 days before arrival.

For groups (from 4 rooms) this applies up to 14 days before arrival.

This rate may no longer be exchanged for another rate.
